What matters is not page count but how much substance the text carries. A quiz is only as good as the ideas in the source, so the real question is how much testable substance the document holds, not how many pages it runs. A page of a biology textbook packs definitions, processes, and relationships that each become a question. A page of a slide deck might carry one bullet and a stock photo.
