You can ask us to delete your data at any time, either by ticking the deletion box on the cancellation screen or by emailing [email protected]. When you ask for it while cancelling, we carry the deletion out 30 days after the end of the period you have paid for, so there is time to change your mind. Records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.
