1. Refunds
Refunds are issued in justified cases only. A justified case means there was a problem on our side — for example, a technical error or a fault in our service that prevented PDFQuiz from working, or an accidental or duplicate charge. Refunds are not automatic and are not available simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the tool.
PDFQuiz delivers its value the moment it is used. Every quiz you generate uses paid AI processing that we pay for on your behalf — so generating even a single quiz means the service has been used and consumed real costs. Once the service has been used and is working as described, it is not eligible for a refund. We cannot refund payments for a service that has already been provided; doing so would mean paying our own costs to give the product away for free.
PDFQuiz is a low-cost, self-service tool without a live support team. If you believe you have a justified case, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We do reply to everyone eventually, but we handle requests in our spare time, so it can take a while — sometimes a good while — before we get to yours. Where the case is genuinely justified under this policy, we issue the refund. We do not offer live support or guaranteed response times.
