Refund request

All sales are final. Refunds are granted only in the three cases below.

Change of mind, not using the Service, forgetting to cancel, and dissatisfaction with AI output are not grounds for a refund. Read the full Refund Policy before submitting. This form is the only accepted channel, and requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

The email on the PDFQuiz account that was charged.

Date of the charge

Amount charged

Payment reference

The invoice or receipt number from your emailed receipt, or the last 4 digits of the card charged.

Which exception applies?

Requests that do not fall into one of these are declined.

Duplicate charge — I was billed twice for the same period Unauthorised charge — my payment method was used without my authority Total failure of service — a confirmed fault made PDFQuiz entirely unusable, and I reported it at the time

Describe the problem and, if relevant, when you reported it to us.
